Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise-wide Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture aligned with business goals.
- Design end-to-end AI systems covering model selection, context engineering, application integration, and deployment.
- Lead development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and multi-agent architectures.
- Drive AI solution prototyping, proofs of concept, and MVP initiatives across industries.
- Establish AI lifecycle governance, standards, ethics, security, compliance, and performance practices.
- Design scalable architectures integrating AI platforms across enterprise ecosystems.
- Mentor architects and lead high-performing AI engineering teams.
- Work with business leaders, AI strategists, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML and hands-on Generative AI or Agentic AI experience.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing enterprise-scale Generative AI and multi-agent systems.
- Proven enterprise architecture experience, including TOGAF or Zachman frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio or Foundry, or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience defining AI governance models, compliance frameworks, and enterprise AI strategies.
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud AI deployment models, AI observability, agent lifecycle management, or interoperability standards is beneficial.
- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein GPT, ServiceNow Now Assist, SAP Joule, Workday AI, or Oracle AI Services is beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership.
- Experience mentoring architects, leading AI engineering teams, or contributing to AI communities and industry thought leadership is beneficial.
