Base Salary
$94k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the full project lifecycle, including scoping and stakeholder updates.
- Become the primary go-to person for Envoy’s developer APIs and ensure smooth deployments.
- Triage developer inquiries and debug complex integrations.
- Collaborate with customers and support staff to resolve challenges and improve customer experience.
- Communicate complex technical issues in clear terms for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting Envoy’s developer platform with Product & Engineering.
- Propose tooling enhancements based on metrics and feedback.
- Deploy and refine configurations for internal platforms to streamline support workflows.
- Provide technical leadership during high-severity incidents.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of full-stack software development experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
- 3-4 years of API-specific experience with HTTPS requests and Webhooks.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, including writing complex queries.
- 5+ years of general support and customer-facing experience in a technical or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to scope and execute projects from requirements gathering to final delivery.
