Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end.
- Lead consultative conversations to clarify business objectives.
- Define Statements of Work (SOWs) for technical engagements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain project visibility.
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Become a deep expert in the Klaviyo platform and martech ecosystem.
- Translate customer goals into actionable technical plans.
- Contribute to internal initiatives for process improvements.
- Mentor peers and share best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services or similar technical roles.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-level projects.
- Hands-on experience with web development languages and programming.
- Strong understanding of the martech landscape and technologies.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills across various channels.
- Proactive problem-solver with a resourceful approach.
