Responsibilities
- Design, implement, support, and enhance SAP EDI and B2B integration solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, application teams, external partners, and vendors to define and deliver scalable integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and resolve integration issues promptly.
- Support integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware and B2B communication standards.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment initiatives.
- Contribute to integration architecture, technical documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience supporting and developing SAP EDI and B2B integration solutions in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, IDoc, and related integration concepts.
- Experience with SAP integration technologies and middleware platforms.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration and data exchange issues.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for working across global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and customer-focused delivery.
