Responsibilities
- Develop backend algorithms and services for article processing, content chunking, predictive text generation, and scalable content workflows.
- Build secure PDF upload and encryption workflows compatible with Adobe Acrobat.
- Integrate enterprise authentication, administrative management, data recovery, auditing, and document protection capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize OCR and generative AI models.
- Implement RAG use cases with vector databases and data embedding pipelines.
- Design large-scale data-processing workflows and AI-first features, including custom GPTs for enterprise needs.
- Establish software delivery release structures and manage infrastructure and workflows for custom AI solutions.
- Conduct security evaluations, identify vulnerabilities, and optimize performance across AI-driven SaaS applications.
- Build integrations and proof-of-concept applications using company-specific datasets and AI technologies.
- Evaluate and implement tools for classification, indexing, secure data management, internal AI models, and custom LLMs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails with significant backend experience.
- Experience designing secure systems, including encryption workflows and document protection mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or Hugging Face frameworks into SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of RAG techniques, vector databases, and embedding pipelines.
- Ability to operationalize AI/ML models and build enterprise-client workflows.
- Frontend development experience with modern frameworks such as React or Vue, including the ability to assess and recommend technology stacks.
- Computer vision and OCR experience is preferred.
- Experience with authentication systems such as Okta and enterprise administrative tools is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, secure release management, security evaluations, vulnerability assessments, and tool integrations is preferred.
- Strong background in automated and manual testing, data recovery, audits, and compliance workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
