Base Salary
$95k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify issues and create solutions independently.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to design and document features.
- Build backend API and frontend components using Node JS, Next JS, and SQL.
- Meet weekly with team members to discuss progress and ideas.
- Interact with different departments to discover and address problems.
- Contribute to thatgamecompany’s unique culture and vision.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional programming experience.
- Experience building modern REST APIs in Node.js.
- Experience with writing Typescript packages.
- Experience using modern front-end Javascript frameworks like React and Next.
- Experience designing data structures and querying relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with Git version control system.
- Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS and Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
