Responsibilities
- Own product story lifecycles from intake through production release and ensure requirements are met.
- Conduct technical analysis and implement scalable backend solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers and junior engineers.
- Estimate effort, resolve blockers, participate in incident resolution, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Create technical documentation and coordinate implementation with stakeholders and other teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of industry experience working with Java.
- Foundational understanding of cloud platforms; AWS experience is a plus.
- Ability to conduct technical analysis for large-scope projects affecting multiple systems.
- Strong structured communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- User-focused, collaborative, ownership-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Passion for FinTech or startup environments and fluency in English.
