Responsibilities
- Develop customized Salesforce solutions for client business transformation projects.
- Use Salesforce OmniStudio components including Business Rules Engine, Omniscript, Data Mapper, and Integration Procedure.
- Develop with Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, LWC, and Web Components.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Support transformation of sales, customer support, digital marketing, and multichannel customer engagement processes.
- Contribute to Salesforce development, customization, data architecture, and integration activities.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio or OmniStudio for Vlocity.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solution is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, LWC, or standard Web Components.
- Previous experience working in development teams and on integration projects.
- Background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Public Sector Solution, Salesforce Data Cloud, object-oriented programming, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, security, web services, Java, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOAP, REST, Salesforce DX, and application lifecycle management.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
