Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate enterprise processes.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Provide application support by troubleshooting incidents, resolving issues, and maintaining critical business systems.
- Monitor and maintain applications proactively to support reliability and performance.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application-support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely issue-resolution updates.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional experience is required.
- At least three years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service-management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
