Responsibilities
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design and deliver Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that automate processes and provide intelligent insights within enterprise workflows.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology ecosystems and AI model platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform proactive application monitoring and maintenance to support reliability and performance.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely issue-resolution updates.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem solving.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application in service management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
