Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate processes.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across multiple AI and technology platforms.
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise technology ecosystems and workflows.
- Provide application support by diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests.
- Monitor and maintain supported systems to improve reliability and performance.
- Communicate with stakeholders, provide issue-resolution updates, and document solutions.
- Contribute to application-support best practices and team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and ITIL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder-communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and serve as a subject-matter expert.
