Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology stacks, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Monitor and maintain critical business applications and troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
- Support incident management, service request fulfillment, and application-support best practices.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to team problem solving.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert while actively participating in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management, including incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application in service management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
