Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and operators to understand workflows and operational complexity.
- Translate customer insights into system behavior and product improvements.
- Scope, design, and deploy adaptive AI agents in customer environments.
- Build and integrate production-ready applications connecting the AI platform to customer infrastructure.
- Develop demos, prototypes, and workflows for operational use cases.
- Debug live deployment edge cases and convert learnings into product intelligence.
- Improve the reliability, safety, and performance of AI agents.
- Build long-term customer relationships and support end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development skills with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience in customer-facing, client-delivery, or partner-facing roles.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, resource-constrained startup environments.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, domains, and evolving requirements.
- Strong ownership and ability to take problems from discovery through deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience deploying LLMs, multimodal models, or generative AI systems.
- Preferred: background in NLP, agentic systems, or multi-agent architectures.
- Preferred: experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or customer success engineering.
- Preferred: exposure to logistics, hospitality, retail, supply chain, or other operationally complex industries.
