Base Salary
$111k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build, and test end-to-end AI and machine learning pipelines for personalization and marketing optimization.
- Develop models and decision systems for customer targeting, content recommendation, frequency optimization, propensity, uplift, and lifetime-value use cases.
- Implement production MLOps capabilities including automated testing, model versioning, monitoring, and orchestration.
- Lead agentic AI solutions for marketing workflow automation and optimize ML infrastructure, data preparation, and model optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams to deliver production-ready solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership on complex projects, mentor engineers and data scientists, and influence ML and data roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing machine learning systems in production environments.
- At least 3 years of Python programming experience and familiarity with ML frameworks and MLOps platforms.
- At least 2 years of SQL experience working with large-scale data.
- At least 2 years of experience leading the design and architecture of new and existing systems.
- Strong background in reinforcement learning, causal inference, or agentic architecture.
- Experience serving as a mentor or technical lead.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
- Solid Python backend engineering skills, including APIs and data modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Preferred experience with full-stack frameworks such as Node.js or React and with distributed modeling.
