Base Salary
$162k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from initial prototype through stable production
- Lead discovery, technical scoping, system design, build, and production rollout with customer teams
- Build full-stack systems and contribute directly to production code when needed
- Embed with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality
- Create reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks
- Share field feedback with Research and Product teams to improve models and roadmaps
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
- Production-grade coding and code review experience across frontend and backend using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models
- Ability to understand how model behavior affects product experience
- Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders
