Responsibilities

Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from first prototype to stable production.
Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value and enhance learning.
Embed closely with customer teams to understand their needs and guide adoption.
Scope work, sequence delivery, and proactively remove blockers.
Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality while adjusting plans as needed.
Contribute directly in the code when necessary for clarity and progress.
Codify working patterns into tools and playbooks for team use.
Share field feedback to inform Research and Product improvements.
Maintain team momentum through clarity and follow-through.

5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work.
Experience in scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in writing and reviewing production-grade code using Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks.
Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
Ability to simplify complexity and make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong communication skills with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
Ability to identify risks early and adjust plans without slowing down.
Demonstrated calmness and judgment in high-stakes situations.
