Base Salary
$125k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the long-term architecture strategy for the revenue technology stack.
- Design and govern integrations across Salesforce, marketing automation, event management, and internal business systems.
- Lead architectural reviews and evaluate configuration, customization, and third-party solution options.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs with business and technical stakeholders.
- Establish standards for data design, security, integration patterns, governance, and platform lifecycle management.
- Drive enterprise-wide data governance, data quality, and system interoperability.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship across Salesforce, marketing technology, and revenue operations teams.
- Modernize platforms, reduce technical debt, improve operational efficiency, and resolve complex cross-platform challenges.
- Monitor vendor roadmaps and emerging technologies and ensure architectural decisions align with security, compliance, and data protection requirements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and architecting enterprise-scale CRM and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Configure, Price, Quote solutions.
- Strong experience designing marketing automation environments and supporting lead management strategies.
- Experience integrating event management platforms into broader revenue technology architectures.
- Proven ability to design secure, scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data modeling, governance, data quality management, and system interoperability.
- Experience with platform delivery standards, release governance, and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence business and technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into business-focused outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Application/System Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, or Adobe Marketo Certified Expert.
