Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and scale core parts of the mobile and web apps in React Native.
- Investigate and resolve critical issues in the React Native client.
- Lead design reviews for initiatives across iOS, Android, and React Native clients.
- Partner with backend, product, and design teams on user experience elements.
- Turn ambiguous goals into concrete plans with milestones and clear ownership.
- Use data analytics to validate fixes and catch regressions early.
- Coach other engineers on design reasoning and create reusable patterns.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks in shared systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Significant experience in React Native and understanding of native iOS/Android layers.
- Proven track record of solving cross-cutting problems across multiple services.
- Experience leading technical initiatives with measurable impact.
- Ability to turn unclear goals into executable plans.
- Collaborative mindset with strong coaching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with mobile app performance and shipping reliable features.
