Base Salary
$285k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship polished user experiences and own the APIs, data models, and backend services.
- Develop deep product expertise to shape product direction and roadmap decisions.
- Drive architecture decisions and lead technical reviews for the team.
- Mentor engineers and improve team processes and code quality.
- Foster a culture of craft, ownership, and high standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a full stack engineer building user-facing products.
- Proficient in React and TypeScript, with experience in designing APIs and backend systems.
- Strong focus on user experience and ability to reason about UX improvements.
- Ability to establish software architecture and patterns for maintainability.
- Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning teams.
