Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define technical and product direction for new initiatives.
- Lead complex products from concept to scale.
- Work directly with customers, founders, and product leadership.
- Architect systems that can evolve from prototypes into production platforms.
- Identify product opportunities through customer and market insight.
- Establish reusable engineering patterns.
- Mentor senior product engineers.
- Influence company-level product and technology strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- Exceptional product engineering and architecture skills.
- Multiple examples of successful 0→1 product development.
- Strong product intuition and customer orientation.
- Excellent technical communication skills.
- Ability to influence product strategy through technical expertise.
- Fluent English required.
- AI/ML product experience is preferred.
- Scale-up experience is preferred.
- Experience working directly with founders is preferred.
- Experience taking products from prototype to large-scale adoption is preferred.
