Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead product engineering strategy for 0-to-1 initiatives.
- Work directly with executive, product, engineering, and customer teams.
- Define architectures and product development frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery.
- Translate customer problems into differentiated products.
- Establish engineering standards for emerging product teams.
- Mentor senior product engineers.
- Influence roadmap, architecture, product strategy, and engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of engineering experience.
- Proven track record of leading 0-to-1 products.
- Exceptional product and technical judgment.
- Strong leadership across engineering and product.
- Excellent customer and executive communication.
- Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity.
- AI/ML product experience, scale-up experience, founding or early engineering experience, and experience building new product teams are preferred.
