Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and governance of scalable demo environments, tools, and assets.
- Act as the DemoX function’s operational lead owning demo tooling and environment stability.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for demo-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain compelling demo narratives and reusable assets aligned with product capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, QA, and SE leadership to ensure demo readiness for new releases.
- Provide mentorship and functional guidance to other DemoX team members.
- Drive adoption of demo best practices across the SE organization.
- Shape the DemoX roadmap by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Solution Engineering or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or business field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality software demonstrations.
- Strong technical proficiency with demo tooling and managing demo environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without formal authority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving impactful demo programs.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments is highly desirable.
