Responsibilities
- Define and refine requirements and translate them into enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Data 360 using declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Develop Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, OmniStudio, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Implement and maintain Copado pipelines for version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and release governance.
- Enforce data governance standards, including access controls, data classification, lineage documentation, and field-level security.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, change data capture, and middleware tools.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, backlog prioritization, and agile Scrum delivery.
- Support performance tuning, governor-limit management, and proactive Salesforce platform monitoring.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Ability to develop with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Java, with expert knowledge of Salesforce DX and agile delivery practices.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST API, Java API, Streaming API, and ESB.
- Experience with DevOps principles and exposure to Copado and GitLab.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Data 360, including data streams, DMOs, identity resolution, and calculated insights.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security, and org-wide defaults.
- Experience designing analytics solutions that meet privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, Salesforce analytics experience, Customer Community Cloud development, third-party platform experience, financial services or capital markets experience, microservices and event-driven architecture knowledge, and Salesforce AI or Einstein experience are desirable.
