Base Salary
$143k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for department champions to understand workflows and identify AI automation opportunities.
- Drive AI adoption by deploying useful tool bundles that fit team workflows.
- Gather feedback from users to iterate on integrations and improve functionality.
- Build documentation and enablement materials for non-technical stakeholders.
- Integrate SaaS and internal applications with the MCP ecosystem.
- Write skills that expose actions and data to AI agents.
- Compose skills and tools into role-appropriate bundles.
- Deploy tool bundles to manage access appropriately.
- Participate in design reviews for new MCP integrations.
- Teach and mentor IT team members on MCP technologies.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with MCP and configuring MCP servers.
- Strong SaaS API integration experience, including REST, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Understanding of access control and governance principles for AI deployments.
- Expertise in working with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of driving tool adoption and developer enablement.
- Ability to write and maintain integration code, preferably in Python.
- 7+ years of experience in systems integration or related roles.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions to diverse audiences.
- Ability to think creatively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
