Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to implement and adopt the platform.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts.
- Scope technical requirements and design implementation approaches with customers.
- Troubleshoot production integration issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to identify and reduce implementation friction.
- Improve documentation, tooling, and internal processes to make future implementations faster and smoother.
- Influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Require 4 to 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as field engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation.
- Require hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving technical integration issues in production environments.
- Require proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript in production settings.
- Require experience with integrations involving REST APIs, webhooks, or event-driven architectures.
- Require familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and data modeling for integrations.
- Require experience scoping technical requirements and designing implementation approaches with customers.
- Require strong written communication skills and the ability to produce customer-facing API or implementation documentation.
- Require experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Strong domain knowledge in KYB, KYC, AML, or regulated onboarding is the most important signal.
- Candidates with fintech Product Owner or Product Manager experience leading onboarding or KYC programs are also considered.
- Experience with identity, payments, or fintech is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS is a plus.
- Must be available to work within a European timezone.
Benefits
- Base salary range is EUR 93,000 to EUR 146,000, determined by level, with standardized pay by level and no individual salary negotiation.
- Fully remote within European timezones.
- Amsterdam is the primary hub and the team gathers in person on a regular cadence.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
