Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday HCM Recruiting modules.
- Perform functional, integration, system, UAT, regression, release, feature, and system validation testing for Workday implementations.
- Develop automated scripts using Python and/or Java with Selenium for UI and workflow validation.
- Automate Workday regression testing to validate configurations and integrations.
- Manage defect lifecycles, conduct root cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional software testing experience, focused on Workday HCM Recruiting module testing.
- Knowledge of or hands-on functional testing experience across the Workday HCM Recruiting module.
- Strong practical experience with test automation using Python and/or Java alongside Selenium.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted script development.
- Proficiency with JIRA for agile testing and issue tracking.
- Workday certification and banking-domain experience are preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary ranges from CAD 60,000 to CAD 90,000 per year, plus a discretionary annual performance-based bonus and benefits supporting physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
