Responsibilities
- Understand functional, migration, security, quality, business process, workflow, and user interface requirements.
- Manage project design repositories and system environments while complying with technical architecture and standards.
- Design and integrate screens, reports, interfaces, automated processes, databases, and other system components.
- Design programming work units and supervise programming activities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for accountable IT systems, including monitoring alerts and resolving incidents.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners, manage service-level agreements, and coordinate technical issue resolution.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure system availability and recoverability.
- Plan and execute system, unit, and user acceptance testing; review test cases, test data, expected results, and defects.
- Perform migration, rollout, conversion, and production monitoring activities.
- Develop operating procedures, training materials, system documentation, and user manuals, and train end users.
- Support system audits and assessments for security, data protection, and industry-practice compliance.
- Manage vendor selection, performance, and relationships to support compliant and cost-effective service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, MQ, and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and CI/CD technologies such as Git and Jenkins.
- ATM, card systems, or channel-application domain knowledge is a plus.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in critical IT systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications related to project management are a plus.
