Responsibilities
- Implement new high-performance app features and components using Dart and Flutter.
- Develop complex frontend logic and UI experiences while maintaining efficient, structured, and maintainable code.
- Work with engineers, product managers, QA, designers, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ship features.
- Optimize UI/UX and conversion rates through high-leverage product features.
- Participate in agile retrospectives and contribute to team processes.
- Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in frontend development, ideally across multiple frameworks.
- Extensive experience with Flutter and strong expertise in UI development and complex frontend logic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and implement complex features with limited oversight.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in an English-speaking environment.
- Collaborative team-player attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and support team goals.
- Nice to have: design awareness, close collaboration with designers, familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environment, and UI and animation development expertise.
