Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services and translate customer requirements into business and technology solutions.
- Lead development and implementation of integration strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders regarding transformation, customer journeys, and application designs.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage teams, and make decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Develop, instrument, and troubleshoot Python-based observability solutions.
- Implement and maintain OpenTelemetry and Elastic observability solutions, including telemetry pipelines, tracing, metrics, logs, instrumentation, and operational dashboards.
- Mentor junior team members and recommend improvements to integration processes, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Python Frameworks is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Python Frameworks, AWS CloudFormation, Elastic Stack, and Large Language Models is required.
- Experience designing and developing scalable Python-based integration solutions is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry architecture, traces, metrics, logs, context propagation, semantic conventions, and instrumentation patterns is required.
- Understanding of Agentic AI observability, including multi-agent workflows, LLM interactions, tool execution, memory access, orchestration flows, and end-to-end request correlation is required.
- Experience with Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch and Kibana, for log analytics, distributed tracing, dashboards, and troubleshooting is required.
- Experience with OTEL or EDOT SDKs, automatic and manual instrumentation, and custom telemetry for Python and enterprise applications is required.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, containers, microservices, and REST APIs, including production workload instrumentation, is required.
- Experience with observability pipelines, Elastic APM, and Elastic Distribution of OpenTelemetry is desirable.
