Base Salary
$123k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance test infrastructure for software systems.
- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Jest and Playwright.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for various testing scenarios.
- Perform debugging and defect investigation across multiple environments.
- Analyze product requirements to identify risks and ensure testability.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers on test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Configure and maintain test environments and test data management.
- Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Contribute to improving testing methodologies and processes.
- Document and communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jest and Playwright.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript for test automation.
- Solid experience with modern front-end testing tools.
- Experience testing applications across dynamic environments.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and risk-based testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
