Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Transform quality into developer behavior rather than a downstream function.
- Teach engineers to anticipate failure modes and data issues before coding.
- Build automated test systems that serve as guardrails.
- Define and enforce what 'production-ready' means through systems.
- Partner with Sales and Product to pressure test ideas early.
- Translate ambiguity into clear execution plans for engineers.
- Map and understand actual data flow within systems.
- Ensure features are based on real, usable data.
- Run delivery for a team of AI-first engineers.
- Create testing strategies for AI-generated systems.
Requirements
- Deep experience in quality engineering, SDET, or technical delivery leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD systems.
- Ability to query and reason across complex data systems (SQL required).
- Experience with AI-assisted development or ML/LLM-based systems.
- Familiarity with MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, with healthcare experience as a plus.
