Responsibilities
- Combine business strategies with direct development and prototyping to deliver functional, customer-tailored solutions and secure customer buy-in.
- Provide technical consultation and advisory support for enterprise AI integration patterns while building customer relationships.
- Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud integrations in customer and partner environments.
- Document, prioritize, and drive resolution of customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.
- Drive technical wins and adoption for enterprise automation workloads from technical evaluation through customer ramp.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure for complete Google Cloud solutions.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events and act as a public advocate for Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role, including application development and integration.
- Experience architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data sources through RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search patterns.
- Experience with search systems, including retrieval, ranking, and search quality tuning.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience coding in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java for customer demos, prototypes, or integration workshops.
- Preferred experience with functional evaluation metrics for model and agent quality.
- Preferred experience with iPaaS, API gateways, or enterprise service buses in cloud environments.
- Preferred experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Preferred knowledge of observability constructs such as distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for AI applications.
- Preferred knowledge of Application Integration Governance and Security, OAuth2 flows, and short-lived credential management.
- Preferred understanding of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration patterns for connecting AI agents with business systems and API gateways.
