Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing applications and workflows that solve enterprise problems.
- Develop AI-powered automations and integrations for customers and internal teams.
- Prototype and ship end-to-end solutions that evolve into core product functionality.
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand requirements and drive successful deployments.
- Build and maintain integrations with APIs, webhooks, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot authentication and integration issues like OAuth and SAML.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously across various teams.
- Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation and best practices for deployments.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in production applications, preferably in Python.
- Familiarity with AI application development and workflow automation is a plus.
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise and non-technical customers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations like OAuth and REST APIs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Product-minded, highly autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
