Responsibilities
- Embed with marketing analytics, data science, and consumer insights teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI transformation.
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools, automations, and agentic systems for marketing analytics and consumer insights.
- Develop solutions for automated insight generation, forecasting, segmentation, metric monitoring, and related workflows.
- Synthesize performance data across search, social, LLM, SEO, and emerging channels into marketing and media recommendations.
- Create internal tools, playbooks, and patterns that can be shared and scaled across the Growth Marketing & Insights organization.
- Coach and enable stakeholders while making technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Manage multiple relationships and workstreams across stakeholders with different levels of AI fluency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical experience and at least 2 years building and deploying AI applications.
- Expertise with AI development platforms and tooling, including agent frameworks, API integrations, cloud services, and tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex.
- Direct experience working with marketing analytics, product analytics, or consumer insights teams and understanding how analytical questions, data, models, insights, and recommendations are connected.
- Understanding of customer journeys across organic and paid search, social, LLM, and SEO channels.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one other common programming language.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, automations, or agentic systems that change how work gets done.
- Demonstrated ability to coach or enable others and influence behavior change.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams.
- Preferred: experience building AI tools for marketing analytics and consumer insights workflows, including insight generation, forecasting, segmentation, and metric monitoring.
- Preferred: fluency with marketing data ecosystems, analytics platforms, customer data platforms, and workflow integration APIs.
- Preferred: familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Workfront.
- Preferred: experience creating internal tools or playbooks that spread beyond an immediate team.
- Preferred: consulting, solutions engineering, or client-facing technical experience.
Benefits
- U.S. base pay range is $109,000–$200,700 annually, with location-specific ranges including California at $138,600–$200,700 and Washington at $136,600–$197,800.
- Non-sales roles may receive short-term incentives through Adobe’s Annual Incentive Plan and may be eligible for long-term new-hire equity awards.
