Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for scalable and reliable mobile end-to-end testing.
- Build and improve automation platforms, services, developer tooling, and integration capabilities.
- Drive adoption of shared testing tools, standards, governance, and quality gates across engineering teams.
- Improve test reliability and execution speed through sharding, retries, failure analysis, and flaky-test management.
- Establish quality signals, reporting, diagnostics, and release-readiness guardrails for data-driven release decisions.
- Improve developer experience across Android and iOS testing workflows.
- Mentor engineers through coaching, design reviews, technical guidance, and hands-on collaboration.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, Release, and Product stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in automated mobile testing.
- Strong knowledge of Android and iOS end-to-end testing and CI/CD integration.
- Experience defining and delivering a vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile test automation at scale.
- Experience with engineering tools, processes, standards, governance, and quality gates.
- Experience building maintainable automation platforms, services, and integration tooling.
- Preferred experience with large-scale mobile CI, device labs or farms, and release pipeline operations.
- Preferred experience with test reporting, analytics, quality data platforms, and Android/iOS verification tooling.
