Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define the architectural roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and supporting Azure services.
- Design end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom Azure components.
- Architect bidirectional enterprise integrations using Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions.
- Oversee Dataverse data models, security roles, business units, performance optimization, platform guardrails, environment strategies, and data governance.
- Establish ALM strategies using Azure DevOps, Power Platform Pipelines, automated testing, and CI/CD routines.
- Guide cross-functional delivery teams, review technical designs and code, and lead escalations involving plugins, PCF controls, integrations, and performance.
- Evaluate AI, Copilot Studio, and generative AI capabilities for business workflows.
- Mentor team members in Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience through work, military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with Dataverse, model-driven apps, canvas apps, and custom PCF components is preferred.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Functions, is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Link for Dataverse, Data Lake integrations, REST/OData APIs, Webhooks, and Azure Event Grid is preferred.
- Experience architecting solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, custom AI plugins/prompts, and Azure OpenAI Service is preferred.
- Expertise in ALM with Azure DevOps, version control, solution packaging, and automated build and release pipelines is preferred.
- Experience with C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core and TypeScript/JavaScript for custom plugin and control development is preferred.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, including PL-600, MB-700, or AZ-305, are preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working for an international telecommunications service provider is preferred.
