Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions that address real-world Finance business problems.
- Collaborate with Finance domain experts to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and operate AI agent workflows and integrations for scalable Finance operations.
- Collaborate with the broader AI engineering team and central AI infrastructure engineers on robust solutions.
- Contribute ideas and help shape the roadmap for AI adoption within Finance.
- Drive projects with a solution-oriented, outcome-focused approach and manage technical dependencies and risks.
Requirements
- Strong background in Software Engineering and Integration Engineering.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and building AI-driven workflows in production.
- Proven business understanding and experience in a business-facing role.
- Solution-oriented, outcome-driven, hands-on, and curious approach to complex business processes.
- Fluent English communication.
- Familiarity with Finance technology such as ERP, financial reporting, and expense management tools is welcomed.
- Experience building production solutions on LLM APIs such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini is welcomed.
- Familiarity with Finance data structures such as charts of accounts, cost centres, budgets, and financial reporting hierarchies is welcomed.
- Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar is welcomed.
