Base Salary
$90k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop and implement remediation plans.
- Perform hands-on software development, including writing and reviewing code.
- Ensure cloud technologies are used efficiently and solutions meet established quality standards.
- Identify and deliver technology solutions that improve products, systems, interfaces, business processes, and performance.
- Determine automation and tooling approaches for build, release, and container platforms.
- Support other software developers through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify technical risks and escalate issues appropriately to development leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to improving development capabilities and culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working on desktop applications.
- Strong software engineering or cloud infrastructure background with understanding of cloud operations and automation.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, Perl, and Ansible.
- Understanding of networking and network security.
- Ability to incorporate operational quality into software delivery projects.
- Experience reviewing code and solutions against development best practices.
- Ability to evaluate and implement solutions that improve system performance and business process efficiency.
- Experience providing coaching, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing opportunities to other developers.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
