Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for iOS architecture and best practices across the team.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, high-impact features for iOS applications.
- Drive improvements in application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Set technical and procedural standards and guide architectural and design decisions.
- Identify large-scale technical issues and organize the team to address them.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and hands-on coaching.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Design, and QA to develop scalable technical solutions.
- Support the full feature-delivery lifecycle, including production support and incident resolution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- 5+ years building native iOS applications with Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Deep expertise in iOS architecture and technical leadership experience.
- Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions.
- A product mindset and/or mobile automation background is a plus.
