Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows services, websites, and Windows-based applications.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot OpenShift APIs and services.
- Configure and troubleshoot connectivity to SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Use Jenkins and Ansible Automation Platform for deployments and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate across the organization, and support team objectives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows applications, services, and web services.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting OpenShift APIs and services.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting SQL Server and/or Oracle database connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- PowerShell and Python scripting experience preferred.
