Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve the cloud-hosted macOS VM fleet, including provisioning automation, capacity planning, health monitoring, recovery, and runner configuration.
- Design, maintain, and improve iOS and Android build, test, signing, and release workflows.
- Build reusable GitHub Actions workflows, composite actions, and shared tooling for mobile and infrastructure repositories.
- Write Python and shell scripts for build orchestration, runner management, artifact handling, and secret lifecycle management.
- Monitor runner health, build durations, and pipeline failures, and own alerting for outages and degraded pipeline states.
- Maintain toolchain consistency, system documentation, and operational runbooks across developer and CI environments.
- Maintain Apple distribution certificates, provisioning profiles, export configurations, expiry monitoring, and automated rotation.
- Contribute to Android multi-flavor and multi-variant build and signing pipelines, including Firebase App Distribution delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, CI/CD, or build/release engineering with meaningful production-systems ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
- Proficiency in Python, shell scripting, YAML, and Git.
- Production experience with GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows, matrix strategies, concurrency controls, and composite actions.
- Strong iOS CI expertise, including Xcode build configuration, Apple code signing, simulator management, and automated TestFlight or App Store delivery.
- Experience with cloud-hosted or local macOS VM platforms such as Orka/MacStadium, Tart, or equivalent.
- Experience managing Apple Developer accounts, certificates, provisioning profiles, and the App Store Connect API.
- Preferred experience with Firebase App Distribution, Android build systems and signing pipelines, mobile testing frameworks, iOS or Android development, regulated industries, and multi-flavor Android builds.
