Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, support, and continuously improve enterprise-grade integrations across business systems and technology platforms.
- Develop Azure Function App solutions integrating Dynamics 365, Workday, Dataverse, and other enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain custom APIs, services, and integration components supporting critical business processes and data flows.
- Implement integration patterns using Azure API Management, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault.
- Modernise legacy integrations and data exchange processes to improve resilience and future readiness.
- Design solutions with appropriate security, monitoring, governance, and operational controls.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, retry handling, production support processes, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Work with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing, building, and supporting integrations using Azure Function Apps.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 applications through custom APIs and native integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern integration design principles.
- Experience with Azure API Management, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault.
- Knowledge of Dataverse integration patterns and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience securing integration solutions using OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identity, private endpoints, network isolation, and secure service-to-service communication.
- Ability to identify and mitigate technical, security, and operational risks in integration solutions.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, retry handling, and support processes for production environments.
- Comfort leveraging and building with frontier AI engineering tools and autonomous frameworks while maintaining code quality, safety, and governance.
