Base Salary
$93k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-quality, user-centered products for the Claims and Payments team.
- Develop efficient, optimized, reusable frontend and backend code using Java-based technologies and modern frontend frameworks.
- Contribute to product development from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery.
- Educate business and technology personnel on agile development processes.
- Maintain a user-centered and business-priority approach to design and development.
- Support planning, delivery, and ongoing product support within an agile product team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience in enterprise or web applications.
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with Java-based technologies, microservices, FastAPI, and Spring Boot.
- At least 4 years of experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or other public cloud services.
- At least 3 years of experience with React, React TypeScript, React JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or other frontend frameworks.
- At least 3 years of experience with agile development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an alternative is a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience leading projects as a team lead and working with Google Cloud, GKE, BigQuery, Spanner, Bigtable, or other PaaS technologies.
- Preferred strengths include execution and delivery, business intelligence, collaboration, problem solving, decision making, and developing oneself and others.
