Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack .NET web applications using C# and related technologies.
- Design, build, debug, and support cloud-native applications and production deployments.
- Architect metadata-driven solutions and reusable software components for customer requirements.
- Implement software design patterns, modularization, test automation, and other software engineering practices.
- Develop and maintain unit and NUnit tests and use CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Apply application security, authentication, authorization, accessibility, and performance best practices.
- Create software design documentation, including design diagrams, data-flow diagrams, and module descriptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams on requirements, code reviews, system updates, troubleshooting, and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust requiring U.S. citizenship.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, C#, Angular, and Razor.
- Experience applying software design patterns such as CQRS, Mediator, Adapter, Factory, Singleton, and Gang-of-Four patterns.
- Understanding of application security principles and experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs and working with XML and JSON.
- Experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps, and cloud-based pipelines.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and complex SQL queries.
- Experience with bash, Python, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Section 508 and accessibility coding approaches.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
