Responsibilities
- Develop new system components and enhance existing components for the External Web team.
- Estimate solution delivery effort with the team, Principal, Delivery Lead, and Project Manager.
- Write high-quality code according to agreed standards, with attention to detail.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and actively drive delivery by coordinating people and obtaining required information.
- Review solutions, contribute ideas, collaborate with the delivery team, and engage with business users.
- Curate technical documentation and explain or document ideas clearly.
- Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to establish requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with C# and .NET Core API development.
- Experience with React and SQL.
- Experience working in containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Understanding of Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience across the full development lifecycle, including analysis, database design, and development.
- Understanding of modern design and development principles including OOP, DRY, SOLID, and YAGNI.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and end users, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on maintainability, robustness, and performance.
- Technical and team leadership experience is desirable.
- Mentoring or coaching experience is desirable.
