Base Salary
$105k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, testable code using a test-first approach where possible.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and API layers.
- Build, maintain, and optimize data-driven Power BI reports and dashboards for healthcare claims, remits, and related data.
- Support data ingestion and transformation pipelines feeding the RCMi database.
- Handle PHI and PII according to security, privacy, confidentiality, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in design and code reviews, iteration demos, team retrospectives, and change management.
- Work with product management to scope, estimate, and deliver enhancements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation covering evenings, weekends, and holidays and resolve critical issues according to SLAs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or full-stack web development.
- Advanced SQL skills, including MSSQL and Snowflake, with experience in triage, performance tuning, and feature development.
- Full-stack proficiency with Angular, C#, and REST API development.
- Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, data modeling, and report development and maintenance.
- Solid AWS experience and familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment practices.
- Experience with healthcare data and healthcare organizations, including PHI, PII, and security and privacy compliance requirements.
- Ability to take ideas from stakeholder proposal through completion and solve problems creatively.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and ownership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology required.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, preferred.
