Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
- Design multi-step agent workflows covering planning, tool use, failure, and recovery.
- Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools into reliable production systems.
- Design real-time AI interactions with streaming, partial results, and low latency.
- Improve system reliability, observability, fallback mechanisms, and recovery behavior.
- Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to ship features end-to-end.
- Iterate on AI workflows based on real-world usage and failure modes.
- Establish scalable patterns for LLM, memory, and external-tool integrations.
Requirements
- Strong experience in full-stack engineering across frontend and backend systems.
- Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
- Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong ownership of features from concept through production.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
