Responsibilities
- Write and maintain C#/.NET backend code for video features, device lifecycle management, and device-based functionality.
- Build and maintain customer-facing web UIs.
- Own features from ambiguous requirements through design, implementation, testing, release, and production support.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across environments and deliver durable fixes.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and validate generated code for correctness, edge cases, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills and preferably professional C#/.NET experience.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework such as Ember or React.
- Experience with SQL databases, including DML operations, stored procedures, indexing, batching, and performant queries.
- Experience creating and maintaining unit tests.
- Ability to own work end to end from design through delivery.
- Preferred: familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, messaging technologies, IoT, hardware, production observability, logging, error handling, monitoring, and AI-assisted development tools.
