Responsibilities
- Own data and AI initiatives from discovery and design through production adoption.
- Set technical direction for engineering and delivery teams and resolve complex engineering and architecture issues.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology partners to shape requirements and solutions.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, conversational applications, and other enterprise AI use cases.
- Shape architecture across data ingestion, processing, storage, governance, model integration, monitoring, and deployment.
- Apply Microsoft Copilot and comparable generative AI tools and platforms in delivery contexts.
- Use GCP, AWS, and DevOps capabilities to improve reliability and delivery pace.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, priorities, technical decisions, and escalations.
Requirements
- Proven delivery experience across data, analytics, AI, or machine learning solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language model solutions.
- Practical experience building RAG pipelines, vector search, prompt engineering, and model integration.
- Experience using AI assistants and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot in real delivery contexts.
- Strong grounding in data engineering, including data pipelines, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of GCP and/or AWS data, AI, security, and compute services.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tooling, including CI/CD automation.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical designs and delivered outcomes in Agile or iterative environments.
