Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Maximo solutions for client operations and asset management.
- Integrate Maximo with existing enterprise systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within Maximo applications.
- Provide Maximo development and integration expertise during client engagements.
- Design scalable and efficient Maximo systems using solution architecture skills.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables against client expectations and business objectives.
- Build client relationships and understand their operational needs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Maximo capabilities.
- Stay current with Maximo features, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4+ years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Preferred master’s degree in a listed business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management, Maximo Integration, and Maximo Development.
- Experience managing enterprise integration projects.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and emerging technologies.
