Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex full-stack features across the SOAR platform.
  • Build scalable backend services using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Develop modern responsive frontend applications using React and related technologies.
  • Design REST APIs and scalable microservices integrating with databases and event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Own major product features from design through deployment and operational support.
  • Drive architectural discussions and technical decisions focused on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and operational best practices.
  • Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and influence engineering decisions across teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering, and other engineering teams.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
  • Strong experience building production-grade applications across frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proficiency in one or more of Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
  • Experience designing and building REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps best practices.
  • Strong system design, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence engineering decisions across teams.
  • Preferred experience with enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity products, architectural improvements, technical-debt reduction, observability platforms, monitoring, logging, production operations, and cross-functional technical initiatives in Agile environments.
