Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through detailed analysis of business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Provide application programming expertise and ensure application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze complex issues, define problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage business, regulatory, compliance, and operational risks with appropriate escalation and reporting.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master's degree is preferred.
